Tingling sensation in face, lips, tongue and at times most of the body that goes down the left arm and into fingers, and at times down both legs and into feet and bottom of feet. sometimes feels like itching. hx of lower back injury in 2002 & 2012?

Tingling: Tingling on both sides, in the face, and in an arm means there is no one location or side of the brain that is causing it. Tingling is an indication of irritation to nerves (or neuropathy), which can be from a metabolic problem (Eg, very low calcium) or from a diffuse skin problem causing the itching (such as hives or urticaria). Hyperventilation (breathing too fast) can cause tingling too.
