You need Help..: This is a common location to see the results of weakened veins breaking through the skin's surface causing difficult to heal sores. There are other possibilities, but in order to have any success in having it healed, you are going to have to consult with a specialist. You can certainly start with a primary care specialist to obtain a working diagnosis and advice on how to proceed.
