Hopefully minor: One time will hopefully not cause anythinb bad, but you may feel agitated, jittery and feel some heart flutters. Call your doctor to discuss or talk with a pharmacist. If you have increased concerns - go to an er or urgent care. Try to learn what went wrong to help prevent it again and don't add to your agitation by worrying. If you do become worried - go for help.
