Probably not...: While rabies is certainly transmissible from cats to humans, it generally requires an ill cat bite not scratch. The infected saliva of an infected animal transmits the rabies virus through injured skin, thereby "inoculating" the victim. Incubation of rabies in a human after exposure is 1-3 months typically. I would be much more concerned about the possibility of cat scratch disease.
