Hello, is it dangerous to have a 115 heart record, althu my doctor did an echo and a rythm record and both are healthy and clear?

Depends . . .: Heart rate of 115 beats per minute is not dangerous if you're active at that time. In fact, given your youth, we'd hope that you can achieve a heart easily above 150-160bpm or even higher w/exercise. However, if your heart rate of 115bpm is at rest, then we need to evaluate further. Need to clarify if you had 24hr holter or an event/loop recorder to evaluate 115bpm episodes. Should check thyroid.

Probably not: The normal resting pulse varies from 50 to 90, though generally toward the lower end. A resting pulse of 115 is unusual. You should be checked for anemia and overactive thyroid. If these are normal and you feel fine, i would not worry. There are conditions where the heart rate is always too fast that can be treated with beta blockers if you have symptoms such as lightheadedness.
