Need evaluation: Because of your age, your symptoms also could be related to thyroid problems, or thyroglossal cyst. For which rushing into a diagnosis of gerd without physical exam wouldn't be recommended , especially if you have been losing weight.

More to your: Symptoms than to quickly assume gerd. You are young and require a full work-up for this.
