Panic attacks: Sounds like she is having panic attacks and/or depression symptoms. She needs a complete evaluation by her doctor or a psychiatrist to determine best action to both relieve symptoms and help her deal with her fears, whether founded or not. She does not need to suffer like that - there are treatments for those type of disorders.
