Atrial fibrillation: Without doing an actual exam and/or ekg, it is difficult to tell what you have. However, your symptom pattern suggests possible cardiac arrhythmia called atrial fibrillation, the most common type of in the adults/elderly. Chronic hypertension is a common cause of this, risk of blood clot/strokes= concenring, and it is more common as one gets older. Consult doc for eval and treatment. Good luck.
