Anxiety: obviously you are very anxious and this is leading to tachycardia ( with palpitation) and perhaps hyperventilation ( with tingling) try to find a quiet place and do relaxation techniques: take a slow deep breath over several seconds, hold it for 7 seconds then exhale slowly through your mouth over 5-7 min while listening to your breath as you exhale, do it for 10 min every hour until you relaxed
