Meditation: Since the facts are clear you don't have HIV you need to focus on letting go of something that isn't real. Imagine a bonfire where you sit in front of. Write your concerns on a piece of paper, crumple it and throw it into the fire and watch your concerns disappear into smoke. When the thoughts reappear imagine them once again disappearing into smoke.
