Easy does it: I'm glad you're taking a proactive approach to your daughter's health. There are dozens of different strains of hpv, everybody carries at least a few of them, only a few able to produce cancer, and i've never heard of anybody dying of nuisance-diseases like heck's. If it doesn't self-cure, and it bothers her, it may be treated like other warts.

If you want get it: Hecks diseases is uncommon a localized epithelial hyperplasia ( over growth of surface ) is caused hpv virus 13 and 32 subtypes , yes it is unusual , her pediatrician will not tell if he ( or she ) not sure of it . Could be eradicated , to make you comfortable take a second opinion also , most of the doctors will not mind may even help you to find one.
