See your PCP: There are a number of things your dizziness can be caused by. You are young and only 23; however, you should still get checked by your pcp, because some serious conditions cause dizziness like low blood pressure, heart valve problems, etc. They should run some tests on you to rule out the serious before diagnosing with something mild, like blood work and an echocardiogram, etc.
