Should i get an mri/mra for my head pain and dizziness?

WHY?: Most imaging studies are fully negative in 98% of all patients with migraine, and do not change the symptoms or outcomes at all. You are far better off to locate a neurologist, get this fully evaluated, and treated, as numerous approaches can both prevent and abort migraine headaches. Also, your dizziness could be part of migraine also.

No.: There are numerous cause for head pain and dizziness. Firstly a thorough history and physical exam needs to be done by a primary care provider. Initially, a diagnosis can be made and simple treatments recommended. If the problem persists for weeks, the pcp may recommend a neurologist. If one experiences 'the worst ha ever had' or pattern of usual headaches is much worse, scans may be next step.

Maybe: You should go see a doctor who specializes in headache and dizziness. Both dizziness and headache can have many causes that will not be diagnosed by an MRI mra of the head.
