Doesn't fit: Your symptoms don't fit a pattern of any one single disease. There must be more than 1 issue going on.

See your doctor: There is no single physical problem that could cause symptoms in all these area you listed, nor will cause the type of tender to palpation in the diffusely multiple areas that you indicated. There might be so rheumatologic, psychosomatic, issue that may be contributing to your symptoms, or multiple separate conditions going on at the same time (later being less likely). Good luck.
