Period coming?: The most likely when you miss a period and have negative pregnancy tests is that you didn't ovulate this cycle, so you didn't have a period. It is likely your period will return but may be heavy this time. Spotting may mean your period is coming. Irregular menses can be caused by stress, thyroid or other hormone problems, weight gain or loss for instance.
