Not necessarily: Brown blood can be concerning if you've never seen it before, but it is relatively common, typically signifying older blood that had been in your uterus or cervix for some time since your last period. Cramps are extremely common for women on their periods and I would not be highly suspicious of a pregnancy at this point and wouldn't be highly concerned for an abnormality at this point. Good luck!

Menses: Brown just means the blood is older. Your menstrual flow can be bright red to dark red to brown and really old blood will be black in color.

No: Blood that exposed to air for a while will turn brown and it will also tend to clot up, so what you are describing is normal. While there is a very small possibility of pregnancy despite what seems to be a normal period, this pattern does not suggest a pregnancy.
