No: Removal of your wisdom teeth will not result in the narrowing of the face. The exception to that would be if your face is swollen due to infected wisdom teeth.

No: If they are erupted (in your mouth) they do not support your cheeks and facial contour at all. If they are impacted (buried) obviously they have no impact on your facial shape.
