I have had ringworm for nearly 4 months near my elbow. i have treated it with terbinafine hcl 1%, however it keeps moving around and not going away.

Time to see doctor: It may not be ringworm. It is time to see your doctor for an in-person evaluation, as it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining the lesion.
