Last nyt i got a really bad squeezing pain just above navel like some1 squeezing it real tight an couldn't walk.. bubbling noises around it why?

Many possibilities: Pain around the navel can come from the appendix, but if you have no pain now you may have had a brief stretching. Of your colon from stool, a very brief intestinal blockage that broke through, gaseous expansion of your intestine, or even a small temporary clot to one of your abdominal arteries.
