Have you: Had you bAck checked for aabnormal curvature? Possibly it is just poor posture? you may benefit from physical therapy

Muscle strain?: This may be due to a muscle strain, poor posture, lack of exercise. I recommend bending forward and stretching 3-4times a day. Use moist heat or ice on the back as needed. If no improvement in a couple of weeks, see your doctor. Good luck!
