Bright red or dark?: If it is dark blood, it is probably old blood post procedure. If it is bright red blood call your surgeon now for evaluation.

Probably normal: Light bleeding even five days after hysteroscopy is normal. However, if the bleeding requires pad change every hour or two, or if you have fever or pain, notify your doctor.
