no: Sounds normal to have some spotting periods sometime come a little late or early after a surgical gyn procedure.

Post D;C: Following a d;c, you will experience some bleeding and spotting. Your next cycle will be somewhat unpredictable for several reasons. One, the lining of your uterus has just been scraped and thinned so you don't have much tissue left to generate a normal menstrual flow. Two, you had general anesthesia for the procedure which can alter your ovulation pattern. It may take a cycle or two to normalize.
