Depends: Usually fluid does not come out of a mosquito bite. If you scratch it it may bleed if drainage is pussy it may be infected from scratching.Or it may not be a mosquito bite.

Depends: Mosquito bites particularly in people that are allergic to mosquito bites can sometimes develop in to blisters or ooze a small amount of clear liquid. Bug bites that become infected due to scratching or bites by spiders can become infected and leak pus. If your bite has an unusual amount of swelling, redness, pain or bruise like coloration, a visit to your doctor is recommended.
