Can a child have a fever with permanent teeth coming in?

Probably not: At the ages children get their permanent teeth you can't blame a fever on teething. You need to consider other causes of the fever.

It is quite....: Possible for a child to have a fever when teeth are coming in. It does stress the body a bit and everyone reacts a little differently.
