A member asked:

Antibiotics susceptibility test can determine allergies?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not sure: I am not sure what you mean by an antibiotic susceptibility test. Bacteria that cause infections that are isolated from a person's blood or urine undergo susceptibility testing to determine whether a bacteria can be killed by a particular antibiotic. This is not an allergy test. However, there are tests that can determine antibiotic allergy if that is what you mean.
