Complex problem: Your problem is rather complex that needs a thorough evaluation and examination to see what it is. Based on limited data that you provide, chronic cough with colored mucus may be associated with either chronic bronchitis or chronic sinusitis. A normal pft is normal if it is read by an allergy/asthma or lung specialist. Only about 60% of chronic sinusitis associated with allergy.
