Possible emergency: Though nasal and sinus symptoms caused by infection can sometimes cause a 'salty' taste, when 'everything' tastes salty, one needs to be worried about a spinal fluid leak. If you have had any recent trauma or sinus surgery, you need to see your doctor immediately!
