My husband, 64, has had sinus issues his whole life, but the past 5 years it has become constant, sniffling,sneezing, throat sore, face pain, he has taken augmentin a couple of times, feels better then it returns, what is the problem? is there help?

Chronic sinusitis is suggested by such symptoms and among others. An ENT thorough exam followed by allergy testing if allergies are suggested by exam would be a reasonable plan, best run under the care of his primary care doc.
