Yes it is possible: It is possible that your baby will get your cold due to close contact but I would still recommend continuing to breastfed through the illness. As they say "breast is best". If you take any meds make sure you tell your doctor and the pediatrician. Aleve (naproxen) is category 2 when breastfeeding which means "use with caution".

Breastfeeding +cold: Unfortunately, yes, but most likely from being close to you when you sneeze or cough as the reason. Try wearing an earloop mask from the pharmacy to prevent viral spread to your baby. Your breast milk will contain antibodies against the virus your baby needs to fight the infection if caught, so please continue to breastfeed. Short term use of Aleve (naproxen) is fine.
