It is good..: Often after an attack, it is good if you can keep BP on the lower side (as long as u r not having dizziness/excessive fatigue/weakness) to give the heart a break--less stress pumping. U r likely on multiple meds after an attack and thus regular follow up is recommended. Good luck to you!
