Heart attack: Heart attack is from complete occlusion of one of the arteries. Unless opened right away - can lead to permanent damage resulting in a scar of the myocardium. Normal MIBI, low chol and BP means you are a low risk for developing coronay plaque which usually is the reason for heart attack. Plaques can break leading to occlusion in the arteries that result in heart attack.
