Blepharitis: Your symptoms are most common presentation of blepharitis, specially at your age since dry eye is less common. Using antibiotics only will not help. Use hot moist packs for 10 minutes on closed eyes daily followed by scrubbing your eye lashes for 30 seconds with baby shampoo to remove the excess oil. A very mild steroid/antibiotic combination like blephamide can help. See your eye md.

Angular blepharitis: Basically chapped skin from tearing, medication, and allergies. I have found best to wash and dry the area with hyper allergenic soap and then apply very thin layer of petroleum jelly ( vaseline), twice a day until resolved works great. If not improving after 3-5 days then use blephamide ointment.
