Redness around eyes and mouth. Hurts and itches, but then stops and turns red. Have had on corners of mouth since december, left eye for 2 weeks. Help?

Eczema: Sounds like dry skin and eczema. Try using a daily moisturizer and apply over the counter Hydrocortisone cream twice a day. If it continues see your doctor.
