Over active immune : The problem with eating foods that you are allergic to is that you keep your immune system activated. The foods and your immune system can end up causing damage to your body. It is very worthwhile to try an elimination diet. Keep in mind that your allergy test is a snapshot so you can have problems with other foods or do ok with what the test says you have problems with. Listen to your body.

Inflammation &stress: Food allergies can cause virtually any symptom: headaches, muscle, joint & abdominal pains, anxiety, depression, palpitations & fatigue. Antibodies react to food proteins in your body causing an inflammatory response that can contribute to arthritis, cardiovascular disease& osteoporosis, accelerates aging & stresses adrenals.By avoiding allergenic foods & treating candidiasis, intolerances go away.
