No: A glucose of 126 is not high at all. After you eat, your glucose level goes even higher. The rise in your glucose and decrease in phosphorus are most likely transient changes and most likely are back to their baseline levels now.

Dont worry: Physiologic stress can raise blood glucose and temporarily affect body chemistry. Everything will normalize quickly.
