More Information: May be needed to answer your concern. Are you referring to the cac score (coronary artery calcium) in relation to cardiovascular risk? Also, does "extreme condition" mean you are exceptionally fit with a resting hr of 46? Anyway, if you rephrase the question it might help! thanks.
