Yes: Abscess is usually but removed but drained (opened to outside world with incision). They can certainly come back and the symptoms are usually same as before. Pain can make u dizzy as well as severe infection. If u have no perianal pain, odds are dizziness is not related. Call ur pcp to b examined in person.
