Bound up from cardio: Well, i'm guessing that you could get constipated by not taking in enough fluid during your exercise. Dehydration is a source of constipation, but it is easily corrected - add more fluids. Adding fiber will help, too. Too much cardio? Probably when it makes you exhausted, or interferes with your life or work! even good things can be done to excess. Lgromkomd.

Cardio fitness. : To have the best cardiac fitness wear a watch and make sure you are above 160 beats per minute and less than 180 beats per minute. Cardio does not cause constipation unless you are seriously dehydrated or in need of serious medical attention. If doing all of the above does not solve your problem then you need to see a physician asap.
