Constipation: Increase fiber in your diet. Eat healthier in general with lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains. Dried fruit can help move things along. Limit snack foods, processed foods and fried foods. If still not working, add a fiber supplement like metamucil. Lastly, you can try a stool softener like colace.
