tough to say: Tough to say what is going on, but you have a chronic constipation with you history, and that needs to be evaluated by a GI dr. It is a diagnosis of exclusion, but at 24, you may have ibs-c (irritable dowel syndrome with predominant constipation) and there are several medications that may help you, best wishes.
