Need to see trend: Infant's head normally grows 1/4 inch per month, and therefore, her head circumference is expected be 39.38 cm at 4 months of age. I would not worry at this point.

Normal Growth: Rough calculation: birth weight doubles in 4 months, triples in 1 year. If her birth wt. Were around 8 pounds, the current weight is ok, make sure you don't overfeed her. Her length is ok, birth length is on average 20 inches. Head circumference is usually 34 cm at birth, 40 cm at 3 months, 42.5 cm at 6 months, 45.5 cm at 1 year and 48 cm at 2 years. Head size depend mostly on family head size.
