Facing on & off for 6+ mnths- morning bowel ok. after food(1st meal)-gurgling sound,mild cramp,rush to toilet.mostly loose stool,dark yellow,pungent.gas/bloat, no abd pain.no blood n stool. no wt loss,no nausea. all blood work ok. is this cancer sym?

Your symptoms are consistent with a hyperactive gastrocolic reflex. When food enters the stomach it sets in motion intestinal waves( peristalsis) throughout the small intestines&colon. When this reflex is hyperactive urgent loose BM's occur regardless of what foods you ate. Irritable bowel syndrome can also do this but is more type of food or stress related. Antispasmodic medication helps both
