Ot: Start ot now, but are you sure his poor balance is related to his hearing loss. I would suggest you take him to a neurologist for a workup.

Balance: It can help and could be started even at this age. Has your baby had comprehensive neuro evaluation to make sure no other causes for the balance issues.
