See ENT: Perhaps the music has damaged the cells in your inner ear. If the sound is too loud, consider wearing ear plugs. See an ENT to find out what the problem is.

See below: Occasionally a correctable cause is found for tinnitus, but for the most part there is no cure. SSRI anti-depressants have been effective for patients with significant tinnitus and depression. Tinnitus retraining centers are effective in 75% of patients.
