See ENT: Perhaps the music has damaged the cells in your inner ear. If the sound is too loud, consider wearing ear plugs. See an ENT to find out what the problem is.

SSRI anti-depressants have been effective for patients with significant tinnitus and depression. Tinnitus retraining centers are effective in 75% of patients.
