Oral lesions: Lesions of the oral cavity can be from numerous sources. Not all bad lesions have pain but if they persist they should be evaluated by your doctor. There are many simple benign white lesions also. A very common one is something called Fordyce granules. These often raise concerns but are completely benign and need no treatment.

You need to be check: There are many white lesions(spots) that can be pre-cancerous. You need to have these checked out. There has been an increase in oral cancers in younger indivivduals caused by the human papilloma virus hpv that is transmitted by sexual means.

White spots: Sounds like a fungal infection called candida albicans. Easily treated by your md. Re aids/hiv please always protect yourself and others by using safe sex procedures especially if you think you may be infected. Best to get checked and practice safe sex. See your md asap.
