Cysts ? infected: Image is of a hair follicular cyst infected. This can happen in the head also. Sebaceous cysts r common in the head and r usually not painful unless infected. They r sore when pressure is applied, just like a boil. Get in2 c a dermatologist or surgeon 4 evaluation.
