I am from philipines. i'm suffering from anxiety and i needhelp. is it possible to have a cognitive behavioral therapy session or appointment through internet?

Face to face is best: Find a good doctorate-level psychologist who practices cognitive behavioral therapy. Avoid psychiatrists and family physicians - you will likely get medicated and sent out the door.

Possible: It is possible, but initially you should meet in person.

Google it: There is a growing number of options for individuals who want to search for help online. This includes online cbt programs. Just google cbt online and you will find possibilities. Alternatively, a growing number of psychiatrists do evaluations and medication management online too. E-psychiatry is one such online program. Studies have shown that online therapy using cbt works as well as live.
