Can crohn's cause gallbladder failure and then sphincter of oddi disfunction ?

Maybe: There have only been 2 documented cases of sphincter of oddi (so) dysfunction and crohn's disease. The reason is that cd of the duodenum is extremely rare. If the cd is in the duodenum it is possible as that is where cholecystikinin (ckk) is released. Ckk controls the so and prevents the contents of the duodenum from backing up. Good luck.

Unlikely : They are not directly related. U can have one without the other. No obvious relationship between the two.
