Neither: Birth control pills will not affect your fertility except while you are on them. They do not cause aging of ovaries, they dont cause uterine problems, etc. That being said. Women have changes to their body all the time. It is possible that a woman's body will chance while they are on the pills and they may not know it. Then when trying to get pregnant they find out.
