Does the length of time a woman has been on a birth control pill (i.e. ortho tri lo 12 years) affect her ability to get pregnant once discontinued?

Depends on age: If a 22 year old woman took an oral contraceptive for 12 years and was 34 years old, it might be harder to get pregnant. If a 22 year old woman had been taking an oral contraceptive for 12 years, I would be a little concerned about why she had started at 10 years of age, but her ability to conceive at 22 years should be fine.
